Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Whet application ("the App") operated by CoLedger LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Whet is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor reverse-engineer or extract its source code, except as permitted by applicable law.
Dish recommendations produced by Whet are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suited to your dietary needs, allergies, or health requirements. Always check with restaurant staff about ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods before ordering. CoLedger LLC accepts no liability for decisions made based on App recommendations.
Scan packs are sold as one-time purchases through Apple's in-app purchase system. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. Scans do not expire and are tied to your Apple ID. If you believe a purchase was not delivered, contact us at admin@coledger.net.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoLedger LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CoLedger LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
